We agreed on a price (which I thought was too high). I told him we could not afford the band so we just wanted for him to use the tracks. I also told him we had everything that he needed to perform his show. When his time came to perform our CD player would not play his songs. I had 600 people waiting to hear this guy perform. I was freaking out! What did Larry do? He calmly went onstage and did a 30 min a cappella set, while the sound man went and got another CD player. It was unbelievable. When the sound man came back with the CD player Larry did an extra 30 min. I didn't mind and I am sure the audience didn't either because none of them left. Are there better singers out there to choose from? Absolutely. Is there a better entertainer out there? Maybe, but I have never seen them."
